Dora Fricke, CEO

Mrs. Fricke has been the majority owner of RMC since
2007. RMC was restructured in 2007 as a woman owned business to obtain
contracts with the Federal Government. She has been closely associated
with the company since its beginning in 1997 and has formally taken over
the reins of handling day to day operations. Her experience includes owner
of successful business operations, developing clientele base, creating
training programs, increasing sales volumes and developing communication
skills. She has attended federal contracting seminars and is coordinating
RMC growth with experienced federal contractors. It is her goal to grow
the company to it’s fullest potential over the next ten years through better marketing, staff development and expanding the clientele base. |
Jim Fricke, COO
NGWA, ASCE, SEGH

Mr. Fricke has spent his entire professional carrier
in the environmental, health and safety sciences. His experience spans
regulatory, industry and consulting. In 1997 Mr. Fricke formed RMC to provide
environmental problem solving for a broad range of clients. His experience
includes regulatory processes in CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, FEMA, and UST programs.
He conducted research and development of utilizing bacteria-based water
treatment for the removal of contaminants from mine waste waters. His work
experience spans the uranium mines of Wyoming, lead mines of Missouri and
Washington, to smelter and mine waste remediation in Utah. His training
and certifications include OSHA HAZWOPER, MSHA Mine Safety, Mine Closure
Planning and Design, Design of Double Containment Piping, Stack Sampling
Methods, Enforcement Training Course, Advanced Hydrogeology Course, Erosion
Control Design Course, and Groundwater Modeling Using Finite Difference Methods.
He has published many papers on diverse topics ranging from Stream Stability,
Biotreatment Technology to Lead Risks in Urban Environments. |
Todd Leeds, UT P.G. 5294606
Professional Geologist

Todd has over twenty years diverse experience in project
management including remediation, health and safety, civil design, natural
resources evaluation, geology and hydrology. His work experience includes
projects throughout the United States. Responsibilities include the development,
implementation and maintenance of RMC’s Environment, Safety, Health, Quality Assurance and Quality Control programs, and managing support staff. His training and certifications have included State of Utah Professional Geologist, OSHA HAZWOPER, MSHA Mine Safety, NIOSH 582 Airborne Asbestos Sampling and Laboratory Analysis and EPA Method 9 Visible Emissions Evaluation. |
Daniel Dean
Environmental Specialist

Daniel has five years of experience in the environmental
industry in a diverse variety of settings. He has completed over 80 hours
of OSHA safety and hazardous waste handling training. His work experience
includes oversight of multimillion dollar Superfund remediation sites,
writing and implementing environmental documents such as Health and Safety
Plans, Removal Action Work Plans, Sampling and Analysis Plans, conducting
Environmental Due Diligence Assessments and Phase II Environmental Site
Assessments. Responsibilities include conducting field investigations using
sophisticated water and soil sampling equipment, providing site management
on remediation and contaminated development projects, collecting soil and
water samples, data management including Quality Assurance Quality Control,
preparation of CAD drawings and preparation of site characterization and
project completion reports. Daniel also serves as the Office Manager where
he oversees RMC’s
daily business operations. |
Keith Clapier-Ecologist
ISLA, UNLA, Cert Pesticide Applicator
Mr Clapier has over thirty years experience as a biologist/ecologist for
both the U.S. Government and the Private Sector with a B.S. degree in Botany
from Utah State University and a B.S. degree in Zoology from Weber State
University. He has conducted multiple habitat surveys including vegetative,
terrestrial and aquatic habitat analyses on a diverse range of sites throughout
the western United States. His federal work experience includes U.S. Forest
Service, Bureau of Land Management, and the National Park Service.
